Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Timepiece Temptations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your items.
Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for certain locations)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for information on additional charges.

Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Below is the estimated delivery time:

  • International Shipping: 6-10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to this restriction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address.

Damaged or Lost Items

Timepiece Temptations is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@timepiecetemptations.com.au so we can help resolve the issue.
